I was looking all over for a foam of roughly this thickness without paper backing, for surface modeling on miniatures. This is exactly what I was looking for, and probably overlooked it a dozen times before finally reading the reviews and seeing that one that said it has no paper backing. While some people may see that as a drawback, to me that’s an enormous selling point. This is great stuff, and will now be one of my go-to craft supplies.
