You get what you pay for! Overall, I think this is a nice outdoor patio set for the money. However, it took hours for the two of us to put it together. They list part numbers in the “instruction” booklet, but there are no corresponding numbers on the bags that the parts are in. Everything is listed in metric, which makes it more of a challenge. We did pretty good however, until we got to the couch. The weave on one end is the opposite of the other two pieces. We took it apart, and didn’t see any way to resolve this problem, so we put it back together and emailed the company. This was their response:Thank you for sending the photos.Based on the photos you sent, I can see that there is nothing wrong with this sofa.To simplify the installation process, the left and right armrests of the sofa are identical. This may result in the rattan strips not being aligned in the same direction. However, the seat cushions will cover the rattan strips, so this will not affect usage at all.All of our chairs with left armrests are designed this way. This is to make installation easier for you. If we were to distinguish them very clearly, it would make installation much more difficult. This design is the result of careful calculations to ensure the most convenient use for buyers. We hope you can understand.If you find this inconvenient, we are willing to offer a $10 compensation.However, please believe that all our components are designed this way due to the installation method. This is the most advantageous approach.We sincerely appreciate your patience and understanding.If you agree, please let us know, and we will process the refund through Amazon immediately.We look forward to your response.Wishing you a pleasant day!I wasn’t happy with the response, only because we won’t always have the cushions on the couch, as we will store them in our deck boxes at night. The weaving on one of the chairs is crooked as well, although I didn’t bother to point that out. I have a hard time believing that we couldn’t have figured out a right arm from a left arm so that the weave pattern was consistent. I also asked them about the screw caps not being able to cover the screw where the weaving was in the way, and that was never addressed. So again, for the price, I think it is a nice set. We’ll see how long it holds up!
