OPI Nail Polish, Plumping Volumizing Top Coat, 0.5 fl oz
I use this top coat over my Color Street nail strips to help them last longer. Most top coats shrink the strips, however, the OPI Plumping Volumizing Top Coat does NOT. It leaves a beautiful, shiny finish that dries quickly and helps to keep your nail creations even longer than Color Street’s normally long lasting manicure/pedicure.
