2. Safety, Health & Environmental Commitment
Bee Sheq Consultants strives for excellence in all we do. We recognize that safety, health, and environmental protection are integral to our success and form part of every stage of our planning and decision-making process.

We will achieve these goals by:
Implementing a Safety, Health, and Environmental Management System (SHEMS) aligned with international best practices.
Training all employees and contractors on relevant SHE matters and responsibilities.
Responding promptly and effectively to SHE emergencies involving our activities or products.
Providing adequate resources to support SHE objectives.
Reviewing this policy at least every three years or as directed by the Chief Executive Officer.
3. Environmental Stewardship
Bee Sheq Consultants acknowledges its moral and legal responsibility to safeguard the environment and promote sustainable development.

Implementing and maintaining an Environmental Management System (EMS) that aligns with international standards.
Complying with all environmental legislation and applicable requirements.
Ensuring awareness and communication of this policy and related systems through induction and continuous training.
Identifying, assessing, and managing all significant environmental aspects to prevent degradation and harm.
Avoiding, reducing, reusing, and recycling waste wherever feasible.
Measuring and reducing greenhouse gas emissions to combat climate change.
Maintaining transparent communication with interested and affected parties.
Conducting regular audits to evaluate EMS effectiveness and drive continual improvement.
Reporting on environmental performance and progress toward sustainability objectives.

4. Substance Abuse Policy
Bee Sheq Consultants is committed to a drug- and alcohol-free workplace to protect the safety, health, and wellbeing of all employees and stakeholders. Substance abuse poses a serious threat to safety, productivity, and professional conduct.
