At Bee Sheq Consulting, we are committed to delivering your orders efficiently and ensuring that every product meets your expectations.


Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Deliveries are handled by The Courier Guy, our trusted logistics partner, to ensure safe and timely delivery anywhere in South Africa.

Delivery times vary depending on your location:

  • Urban areas: 2–5 working days

  • Outlying or rural areas: Up to 7 working days

Shipping fees are automatically calculated during checkout and displayed before payment. Free delivery promotions may apply from time to time, as advertised on our website.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS notification with a tracking number to monitor your parcel’s progress.

Please ensure your delivery information is correct when placing your order. Incorrect addresses may cause delays or incur additional delivery charges.

Bee Sheq Consulting is not liable for courier delays due to strikes, adverse weather, or operational issues. If your parcel is lost or damaged during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can initiate an investigation with The Courier Guy.


Return & Exchange Policy

Bee Sheq Consulting strives to ensure that every product meets your expectations. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).

  • Items showing signs of wear, misuse, or damage will not be accepted.

Before sending any items back, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] for approval and return instructions.

Once your return is approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the item has been inspected and approved. Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase.

If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please notify us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

  • Certain products — such as customized safety wear or items marked non-returnable — cannot be refunded or exchanged unless faulty.
